OK so I'm still alive and well in case you were wondering.
Lot's of updates coming on Wednesday, as well as some pics from our Thanksgiving trip up to WV.
We had good food with great family and friends. Anyways, much more to come on Wednesday, including a weigh-in for 11/30/11.
